At Fomo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your latest tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Device

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
